We offer group workshops and one-on-one sessions for parents and their children. 

- Workshops and classes designed for parents: In these workshops, we educate parents on the importance of introducing healthy food and healthy habits to children, cooking with children, and educating them on how to make healthy choices. We share tips on how to use the quality time that they spend with children to instill healthy lifestyle habits in them. Sugar blues, smart snack and meal shopping, kids-friendly healthy recipes, and food and grocery shopping game ideas are examples of topics covered.

- Workshops and classes designed for children (age groups: 1-2, 3-5,  6-11 ): In these workshops we teach age-appropriate cooking skills, food art, smart grocery shopping skills, and food facts through fun, creative, and interactive games and projects. The goal is to inspire them to care for their health and happiness and be agents of change at home. We offer such workshops in daycare, preschools, elementary schools and other children centers as well. 

- One-on-one sessions: Sometimes families prefer to receive more individual attention and couching tailored to their specific needs. An example would be a family with a child with type 2 diabetes or even extreme picky eaters. We support such families by providing private coaching sessions for the parents and children (combined or separate based on child's age) and we create a customized health plan for them. We offer 3-months and 6-months programs with the option to extend.
